Equals does not allow me to format my goal comparisons correctly, as it makes anything above the goal green and anything below as red. This does not make sense in the event of higer metrics being worse. For example, my support team has a goal of 1.5minutes first-response-time. If they are averaging higher than that, they have missed the goal. But Equals color-codes the delta green, suggesting it is positive and causing confusion.

We need to be able to decide how to colorcode data and comparisons.
